- High Rate of Customer Satisfaction – Our chargeback rate is less than .5% (.005). When we do receive a customer complaint, our service team reviews the persons profile for errors (grammar or otherwise) then offers to resend the updated resume/profile at no charge. Additionally, we have an incremental process for dealing with any complaint that may arise. Our customer’s are left confident that we will work with them as necessary to help them achieve their job search goal(s). As a result, we’ve only had 3 referrals to the Better Business Bureau since 2001; all 3 claims were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. We have zero unresolved claims with the BBB.
- Added value – We have multiple options for customers including 3 base packages, an Executive, H1 Visa and a discounted Military resume delivery service. These add-on packages (Executive, H1 and Military) allow specific targeting based on your sites demographic areas.
- Added value - Our Recruiter Calculator allows customers to calculate the number of recruiters who will receive their resume BEFORE they purchase the service.
- High Quality Recruiter Database – Our recruiter database is maintained and cleaned monthly. Our customer service team verifies ALL recruiters who try to sign up to be sure they are indeed a third party recruiter. All recruiters must sign up at our site and personally verify their email address when they signup. This is a deviation from our competition as many of them use a “recruiter network” database that they don’t personally monitor. Additionally, we perform a “spam trap” once every 1 to 2 months. This process was designed and implemented to terminate recruiter accounts who are soliciting our customers for 'business opportunities' or other non-direct-recruiting type activities.
- Capability to handle large traffic: our web/database servers have handled up to 225 sales per day and were operating at roughly 25% of their capacity during peak traffic hours.
