Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate for this position should have at least 5 years proven experience seeking new relationships for business expansion. This individual must be self-motivated to provide leadership and support to deliver and institutionalize high operational standards, behaviors and performance results, and should be a succession candidate for future key leadership positions in the organization.

Specifically, the key focus areas of this position are in one or more of the following areas:

  • This position will lead the StaffingSystem.com business development team. Prior experience with recruiting business development, software sales, or technical service sales are highly desirable. Must be technically savvy.
  • Routinely interface with director/principal level persons to aggressively pursue strategic relationships. (75%)
  • Is responsible for managing performance indicators, marketing budget oversight, implementation of "best practices" program, and other functions that are necessary to support effective business development. (15%)
  • Consistently assess the effectiveness of marketing methods and benchmark competitive methods (10%)
